They aren't risking anything though.
They get a fee. Any shares that aren't subscribed for they have sub underwriters lined up to take off their hands.
Of those sub underwriters many will dump out for their 10% gain or thereabouts.
It will value the company at $43m US though which will then make it eligible for US listing.
Wayne has made no mention of that in the video. I have yet to read prospectus.
