PEN doesn't have reserves; they have resources, 70% of which are in the Inferred category - do some research as to what this actually means. PEN has an asset that is sitting idle due to past technical failures - technically it is not a production asset at the moment. Will it become an economic production asset in the future? Who knows, the jury is still out on this one.
