Couldn't agree more Fishy. If the last hurdle was 20c, not a problem but even then ONLY IF the options are needed to make up for sub "fair" remuneration.
I'll certainly be voting no re the freebies - couldn't care less if the vote stacked. Can only do, what you can do.
Of course everyone will be happy(er) at 10c per share - that's not the issue. The issue is are the directors being overcompensated?
At this time, it seems to me the answer is 'yes'.
