Two M&A all script deals that sees GRV become a bit part player in Georgina (via yet another explorer ARO) and a Carbon Trader explorer hoping to use carbon offsets to get approval for Alpha. A lot of challenges with limited capital in the bank. A real CR coming soon most likely around the $17.5c valuation used with the Without (haha) Energy deal. Interesting that 80% of Georgina in the ARO script deal ($3.45m) values Georgina at $4.3m in total. Only proves that most of the GRV market cap is based on getting Alpha into production. DYOR.
