I know this announcement has made this look like the acquisition and disposal are linked. but they're not - they appear to be two separate transactions.
what exactly are GRV shareholders getting for the loss of Georgina?
why take shares for what appears to be, on the face of it, a tired company?
would it have been better to dispose of Georgina for a financial consideration to a neighbour?
personally I think the Georgina deal is bad.
the rest of the announcement (re. geothermal applications) may just be rehashing deals already referenced in previous announcements?
