in fairness this stepanoff guy probably is good and the locations he's chosen probably are suitable.
he pretty much won the lotto by starting a company and having it bought out a year later for $10m. but no doubt he did lots of hard work in the interim. so good on him. can't begrudge the guy for that.
but to your other point - does this decision/acquisition mask up previous follies by the GRV? welll....
