A) zero interest rates values GOR at zero
B) zero interest rates makes GOR exploration tenements as zero because zero interest rates means probability of success rated as lower as getting a string of successes like rolling dice is improbable. Rest of GOR is goodwill or good luck
Conclusion
I hold because my judgement is poor and as a retiree I am desperate for a Disallowed as always.
