I am not sure when he said that, but I do know that things have changed in recent times and costs are a lot more competitive now, just as they are for rig contracts. Tanker owners are just happy to have their trucks moving rather than sitting around.
I wonder at what trucking cost per bbl it would become attractive for BRU to own and operate their own tankers ? How many bbls can a tanker with tanker trailer carry ?
