I’d suggest given the consistency in meeting production output and maintaining production costs, FMG under EG has formed a solid platform able to seemlessly carry on regardless of any movement in staffing and leadership, for that she deserves a WELL DONE.
FMG through FFI is undertaking a sophisticated transformation, CRITICAL shall be any decision on future leadership, let’s hope this process finds a suitable applicant excited by what can and should be in the FMG future.
