Its a new company now, I'm not against EG, but has she really done anything AMAZING in the last 9 years? Sure the company is going well, optimised and very profitable, but what has she really done which is groundbreaking?
Now we need someone to build factories, Solar farms, wind farms, hydro-power plants, thermal power plants, bring new customers on board & create a brand new global market for hydrogen and ammonia. That requires a very different person to someone who's been running a mining company.
Personally I would be happy for her to keep running the mining aspect.
