Regarding Gaines I would say she has done well for the iron ore business but fell short on delivering the minerals diversification and the Iron Bridge project build up. Also it was always my feeling that she was left behind with what is going on at FFI. Selling her shares couple of months ago was a sign of missing commitment. I'm aware of her tax implications for the vested shares but if she would have been there to stay, this should have been done another way.
I'm surprised that there isnt anybody new yet, hope this gets cleared up fast, we need a strong board/CEO to select the right FFI projects and to deliver Iron Bridge.
Regarding Gaines I would say she has done well for the iron ore...
