    Your not understanding what you have invested in is your problem. Unfortunately, your zero to poor grasp of technological engineering timelines means it has become our unwanted, bitterly repetitive problem too.

    I'll offer this to you. Take it or not, I just don't care.

    In most specialist engineering sectors, such as those BRN are involved in, a sales person simply does not knock on a door or do a few cold calls trying to up their weekly sales figures. We are long past the golden days of Electrolux vacuum cleaner salesmanship. That's simply not how things unfold in tight engineering circles for a several reasons.

    Firstly, everyone knows everyone else, where they are currently employed, what peer reviewed papers they have published, what IP has been granted, their fields of expertise and what projects each other are currently involved in. Secondly, every single one of these engineers/scientists has zero time for any sales person that does not, at the very least hold equal academic qualifications and industry experience as the potential buyer.

    BRN's new CTO IS absolutely the right person who can and will drive the uptake of BRN technology - he is not a sales person. This CTO knows the problems his peers are being confronted with, on the particular projects they are working on, and the business advantages BRN technology can unlock. They all to and fro, both formally and informally. They travel worldwide for the same seminars and events. They all speak the same language. It is in these interactions where the business of selling a new technology like BRN is really done. But it's not selling or spruiking a product as your imagination insists to you that this is what BRN needs to immediately do. It just does not work like your brain is telling you it should. BRN technology will pretty much sell itself when these tight groups of people get together and need a solution to a problem at hand. This is not a traditional business transaction - all that boring stuff comes later for the contractual and IP lawyers.

    I'm not at all surprised previous BRN sales people were not up to the task for too long.
