Reading between the lines:
They are negotiating a long term agreement for shipping of concentrate with dedicated trucks.
So when the sulphate plant is up and running they will still be shipping concentrate.
So the plan is to sell 1Mt of concentrate + xt MnSO4.
I don't think the market realises this and the perception is that the sulphate will replace the concentrate sales.
