NUF,TCL, MCC - what is it that the Boards of these companies do not get??
Why can they reject these offers and the price drops well down on the offer.
TCL now 4.40ish - well over 20% below the cash offer - how long (if ever) will it take to recover?
It's insane - these offers should all go to the shareholders to decide
Another one goes into the opportunity lost and becomes a long term hold
