Many of the Transurban concessions have minimum 4%pa annual toll increases (eg Melbourne Citylink and Sydney M2).
If inflation is (say) 2.5%pa then this translates to a REAL toll increase of 1.5%pa.
The Sydney Westconnex project will also have a 4%pa annual toll increase in the early years and then revert to a CPI-linked toll increase.
