Agree with you there. There doesn't seem to be much different. The main change seems to be the consolidation of the NSW, VIC and QLD roles:
"With this change in operating model, the roles of Group Executive NSW, Group Executive Queensland and Group
Executive Victoria are no longer required."
Other than that largely seems business as usual..
Just a chance for the new CEO to put her own fingerprints on the org structure.
Would be interested to understand what a Chief Commercial Officer does though?
