    I think IMC is a take over target.

    Given the low MC, the tight relationship with DoD and travelan sales growing fast,

    With 15milliion in cash, its a no brainer for a bio tech or big pharma to snap it up at this cheap MC and before phase 3. .

    Looking at the buy side, large walls of institutional money.
