    I wonder why the lift is so small - on this I would have expected a slightly bigger bounce. Perhaps it’s due to the lengthy time in the doldrums, the fact it might some time for the info to filter through, that it’s just another stage in the FDA process or perhaps we need the DoD in the USA to respond in some commercial manner. Or a combination of all.I guess we watch and wait.
