It can't be Koppamurra, as the March 23 MRE JORC statement was for a total of 101Mt of resource (1Mt measured, 63Mt indicated, 38Mt inferred) at an average of 818ppm TREO, which by my estimation gives us an in situ estimate of 82,618t of TREO, which I think most folks would agree is a long was short of "1.3bt of Ree"

Maybe you are confusing it with the Koppamurra exploration target of 330-1,400Mt of IAC ore at 540-780ppm TREO? If so I would refer you to the following statement on page 1 of AR3's April 17th announcement; "The potential quantity and grade of the Exploration Target is conceptual in nature, as there has been insufficient exploration undertaken to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource."

For some idea of competing non chinese IAC projects have a look at the 1st May maiden MRE for MEI's Caldeira IAC project in Brazil, 409Mt (100% inferred) @ 2626ppm TREO with a 1000ppm TREO cutoff, all sitting within existing mining leases. After the Gottliebsen pump'n'dump of AR3 guess where all the hot IAC money has now shifted to!

yes your right, the potential is there at the end and thats why the current market cap reflects. When it is proved to the 1.3bt what would be the sp then?
