Article typical business journalist painting a good picture BUT read the comments below the article, a lot of bad customers comments/review and they are the people we need to keep in the good books for e.g.
The article fails to mention that the shares in BoQ fell sharply in the wake of Mr Frazis's capital raising issue and have still not recovered to the price they were when he assumed his leadership role (ie 2018 $13.05 today $9.ish).
