Mate, the outrage to me, is the complete lack of integrity and professionalism shown by those (the Board!) whose announcements have enticed us to buy in the first place and then who now are selling us out. They have an obligation to look after our best interests and I would like to know how they are doing that by going against their own announcements and essentially climbing into Tremont's pocket instead. They have only recommended we sell, but they haven't told us why they feel that way and what our other options might be if we don't.

In this case the YOY return means bugger all. There is a bigger picture here which I fear we are not being allowed to see the whole of!!

As mentioned above, they get their shares for next to nothing while we purchase ours on the open market. Man, could I go on....and on...and on.....
