And the reason why the WAP was flat-lining at 23 cents was that holders were hanging out for overdue information on financing & offtakes - so the company starves the market of information then uses the result of doing that to justify a valuation way below that, they had promoted for over a year . did you ever see them saying your shares are only worth 33 cents
