Good start, it allays my biggest worry that this was some kind of transported gold in soils, confirmation that it is insitu is a big derisk.
Trench 1 end in 1g/t gold linking up to trench 2 one would assume and the other trench 24m @ 0.73g/t is a great result for weathered surface material, obviously whatever you see at surface in the fresh rock below will be better grade and thickness.
For some comparison I found some of the Ondundu trenching results from the deposit up the road done back in 2008.
Grade alot lower they reported down to 0.1g/t WIA went with a higher cut off on grade, if we went lower we would obviously be reporting enitre trenches aswell with 11m @ 1g/t = 110m @ 0.1g/t pus all the result of the gold in the trench.
We know Ondundu drilled out to a pretty high grade deposit, so with WIA having massive scale it looks pretty dam promising in my eyes, the thicker higher grade northern zone trenching will paint the full picture, if it proves we have 3km of this level in situ gold we are going to have one hell of a big drill campaign.
