All looks pretty good to me, the company is looking to divest assets Loreto, Paguanta & Burkina Faso. Combined value here has the MC well & truly covered imo, plus funding to grow Kada.

The focus is 100% on Kada & fair enough too, I think they will achieve the DFS in the near future & having a 75% interest in a JV with a global miner like Newmont would mean the expertise would be available when it comes to developing a mine in Kada.
Newmont might put a TO deal on the table down the track if it all looks viable.

Keep upgrading the MRE at Kada for now & see what unfolds.
