Could be the seller stuff himself as well ...lol....
Don't know if one seller is selling 2 million or more seller.
I mean he/she could have sold parcel of 200,000 increment all the way up to .30 or .40 and made more money.
I think GMN is tightly held so I don't know, maybe he/she know more than me.
