I see the trial date change as irrelevant to the outcome. It certainly doesn't advantage AGS in any way. And it will only advantage Quasar if they can use the extra time to mount a better case, however, I suspect it is stock standard buying of time.

Facts have shown that Q is far more adept in court than AGS is, hence more likely to achieve a result in their favour. Courts aren't about justice, they are about rulings.

I think some of the assumptions and projections posted here disregard this, thus being unsubstantiatively hopeful.
