Maybe, and this is highly speculative, AGS will be relying on information Q needs to give the court about the market for the uranium and their efforts to meet this market on AGS's behalf. AGS would not be privileged to this information and I presume upon discovery it would form the large part of their arguments, at least in respect to any damages they may be seeking. To go ahead without this information might weaken their position. Better to give Q the opportunity to bring everything and put it on the table so that justice can be served. Just my thoughts, please don't rely on them. The fact Q is not ready is a positive IMO. If it had have been the other way around it would have been a disaster. I hope someone drops some shares on me soon.
