On page 7 of the ann it says that the help was 10-13% prior.
that was on harvested hemp .then it says in brackets (prior to the adverse weather event )
So
A) did the adverse weather event happen indoors to this weed ? I think not
B) where is this good stuff ?
it makes no sense it wasn't prior to the adverse weather event , that event had already taken place and affected the crop and they new it .
What a play on words the entire announcement is a play on words .
