    Swami reckons it will cost $30k.

    Agree it will be hard for lawyers to go with no win no pay as in the instances of a win it is uncertain what the quantum of financial damages will be recoverable from a company that's practically already in default to its creditor Atlas.

    Directors and insiders won't have much assets sitting around to be touched either...
