I agree. These no win/no fee lawyers want 1000's of shareholders and they want large losses to make it worth their while. To run these cases can cost millions so they won't take it on if there is not enough in it for them.
Whilst I don't follow this area I can't think of too many small caps being taken on, just not enough in it for them to cover the risk. GSW is one but guess they are hoping the ASIC case against them will get up and the CA should be an easy win.
