I share your frustration.

Reading the announcement, (and if we are to believe these as factual), as a current holder, the "facts" appear to be:-

1. Quantum - different planting methods employed (crop circles vs drip tape) and extreme weather issues

2. CBD rates - trichromes breaking off in extreme cold (I assume the harvest method employed also destroyed many of these / they are scattered throughout the dirt)

3. Agtech working for hempfarm - until adverse weather, it would appear yes (announcement states CBD %s were above 10%)

4. BoD remuneration - reading annual reports, BoD fees are insignificant (under $50k pa?), they appear incentivised via their share holdings / options. James Cooper Jones appears the highest paid however he is CEO, not Director?

5. BoD takig financial responsibility - see my note 4 above?

On the lighter side - perhaps CLI could harvest the soil under the plants for their missing trichromes!!!
