it’s not about downramping. Logically, why would atlas front up so much cash and give existing shareholders a free ride? There has to be something in it for them, either some way to acquire the entire asset on the cheap or the stated funding deal isn’t serious, but rather a distraction from the abysmal results. The terms of the deal give them many exit points to not proceed, that should be suspicious to existing holders as it is basically non-binding
