This is a brilliant announcement, dont understand how some of you are under the impression that there is less gold than first thought. There is still a great deal of geological interpretation to be done as the orebodies have not been fully exposed in their entirety and oxidised zones can be notorious to map from the surface. Extensions to the known zones have yet to be revealed under soil cover. I would imagine that the directors and staff would be chomping at the bit to have the ML granted and show to the world what lies beneath the surface. Its an outstanding discovery in anyones terms. Gold bearing quartz splays and visible gold in the shales will enable greater mining widths and if the grade drops to less spectacular grades so what, greater width, more gold in every excavator bucket. Its all good.
