I thought he was pulling it off every night and putting it back on in the morning. I noticed the same with a 3mill buyer at 2.8 and he left the order on as it gradually got filled during the day the other week. In fact it was partially filled on a prior day, cancelled that night and put on the next morning as a fresh 3 mill again so that buyer may be after more than 3 mill.
No idea if its the same buyer. If it is he was obviously happy to lower his price with the market but might also raise his price with the market if the price rebounds before he gets filled.
