In the business world, your reputation is everything. Thats why companies pay millions to win in court. Generally clients do not want to be associated with businesses (even if it alleged of what they have done). It's just bad press.
You only have to monitor the client list of Nuix over the past year to see who has run out the door. Nuix are just keeping it quiet.
There was an article that came out regarding ASIC. Allegedly, even they are looking for software alternatives. I mean, can you imagine if Nuix were found guilty and ASIC are associated with a business guilty of insider trading, lied in their IPO to prospective shareholders... literally everything ASIC stands against..
i dunno. its all really a sh1t show to be honest. I'm surprised we haven't gotten another apology from Jeff Bleich yet (supposedly chairman of this company).
