I totally agree reputation is everything. Nike dropping their bad character sports stars in a heart beat. Or public companies sacking their CEO because of sexual harassment. But like Irickychong said as long as the product is good, all these noise will eventually pass.
From my ignorant view, Nuix have rid of the bad eggs. Hired a reputable CEO, Jonathan Rubinsztein known as the man responsible for turning the tech company Infomedia around.
One of the major obstacle is probably the amount of fines if they lost the cases.
