IMO you cannot value this company at an EV of $80 million (and that's at 4.7). It's not sufficiently capitalised at that market cap ( should have $8 to $10m in the bank IMO) and its never traded in a manner that feels like a "real market" - it just hasn't the right levels of liquidity.
THere's also nothing surer in life as the sun rising in the east, setting in the west and ZEO being touched up when its sold off.
