Im sorry I support most of what you post but its an outrageously dumb move.

We just raised, we have cash flow from production, we are supposedly bringing on a JV partner, wtf do we need another 6 million for what ******* performance shares.

As your post says if GAS goes to $3, itll be $72mil,ie we have thrown away another $130mil.

And with St Baker it'll clear $9 we have thrown away $360mil for what 6mil of upfront cash we dont need. FFS alot of us got into this humper with GAS shares worth around 50c yesterday was getting back to that value when the clowns arbitrarily decide to sell the stuff at 50% of what it was 18mths ago. How the is that a good decision
