Altor Cap mgmt holds 7.36% of TEG ... thy should have no more say over selling core assets than any other non 50.1% controlling stake of a company ..end of the day it would have been a Board decision .... at this stage on whats known its a Big black mark against new board IMHO very short sighted.. unless we seen short term use of the capital it doesn't make much sense ....
I do agree around a table Regal / St baker would have rubbed up TEGs board with sweet words of future Financial backing Gas drilling etc..
we will wait and see ....
