the logic is ok for me strategically, but the deal looks shitty. We did not need to sell; buyer needed our large parcel, therefore buyer pays a premium not a friggin discount. 20% above market would be typical, reflecting the fact that that size parcel could not be bough on market. Just looks like bad deal making, got played for I don’t know what….
