They FIRE SOLD the shares at a discount instead of a 20% premium. that's what we share holders are pissed off about.
If they desperately needed cash sell them to us at 28c no worries we will take em up.
100% they got a kick back on the side for that sweet deal. doesn't make sense otherwise!
