Well it’s an interesting study. My sense it this is worth close to $30m right now based on the Cliff Head deal and the pipeline of opportunities which have been cleverly crafted with other deals on the drawing board. Doesn’t mean we will trade there; just what I think it’s worth. Becos is the key now for me, but something else may come from left field.
