Management have straightened this company up - which when they were engaged was almost belly up!
I'm a fan from what has been achieved thus far.
Also, I am a fan of the CCS project for a couple of reasons that being I'm a believer that NOPTA will approve the applications and that being the case what a great way to avoid restoration liability with the transitioning of CH oil operation to CCS project for 15 years plus and profit plus.
BUT I'm a bigger fan of today's announcement and believe management team have made another very purposeful decision, it makes a lot of sense for the CCS project to come under the total control of Pilot who are hanging their hat on this venture and are building qualified support.
Will make the promotion and development of the project much more attractive for the investors that will be required.
Triangle will assist & gain in draining the reservoir and then be on our way following new ventures with NO hang over - Fantastic.
From my understanding Pilot have for some time wanted 100% of CH and God bless them they will likely get it and Triangle will revert back to what it wants and that is to transform into a mid-cap Oil & Gas company.
Managements are obviously cooperating to deliver the best opportunities and results and I think this announcement instills confidence in both Companies.
More news to come and super pleased that the Directors of TEG are doing their job and that is directing.
