Barry Fitzgerald (Garampiero) consistently makes good calls about mining companies. I bought PLS on his advice and have done well despite BEOT shorting and sculduggery. Also bought NWE (Norwest Energy) but bailed at profit when Ellison began throwing his weight around. Some of Barry's calls, notably Lynas, have been stifled in my opinion by poor management and others, eg Santos, by Government and non-contributing indigenous interference. I have a bid in to join TEG on Monday in a small way with the hope of single-bagging and future free-carry but for me TEG is a dabble not a commitment.
