If you look at it this way if the Pilot deal does goes through they are nearing cash backing at these levels
~10 mill cash on hand
~7.5 mil pilot deal
~3 mill GAS share's
~11 mil free carried for 3 wells (22 mill farm in)
Plus another shipment in April/May 4 mil ?
