On the contrary, they will find another contractor, if the new contractor needs staff they can hire many of the existing team. These site crews jump around to wherever the work is. If all they need to do is change the logo on their shirt they will be happy. NSMS won't be able to absorb them all on other sites.
Also, remember that NSMS were brought in as contractors oppressively without consultation by NST with their 49% junior partners. The end result is costs increased 50% - to TBR/RNDs detriment and NSTs benefit. The appointment of a new contractor would chrysalise NSTs conduct and make damages an easier number to quantify in ongoing litigation.
There is no love between TNR/RND and NSMS (aka NST). They need to go...!
