I find it interesting they only drilled three dykes given they had the time and funds to drill all six. Of the three dykes selected for drilling they picked the two on the far outside - dykes 1 and 5 - and the one smack bang in the middle - dyke 4. This pattern gives the greatest amount of data and intel for the minimum number of dykes and metres drilled.
My interpretation of this is they are putting a lot of belief in the upcoming aerial geophysical survey in June and that this will drive their decision-making more than just going out and drilling the three outstanding dykes 2, 3 and 6. I wanted to see dyke 2 drilled as this looks to me to have the best-looking fertile rocks and -- unlike the other dykes -- is smack bang up against the greenstone belt. Today's announcement also hints at the possibility that some (or all) of the dykes could be joined at depth: "is starting to expose the true potential of what could lie below."
