As no new securities will be issued, any securities purchased via the OTCQB will reduce the amount available to the ASX. This means that should the USA start to accumulate significant parcels, it'll reduce what's available here and this means the SP moves north.
Oppies will not trade but i'll be looking for an opportunity to convert if a significant difference arises.
