all capital raisings are done at a discount to the share price in the immediate days before the announcement. A raising had to be done for Trigg to keep work proceeding on proving up the resource. If this was not done presumably the resource just sits there and eventually the company goes into liquidation. Unfortunate that the sp had dropped butsps have dropped across the board on all stocks at this time. The sp is totally outside the controle of management. Just the way things go. There will be a number of further capital raisings before this project gets to mine status. Hopefully, as in this case, existing shareholders will be given the chance to participate. I took up my full entitlement and am looking forward to converting my free option when the sp is north of 50c
