No surprise that the first conference call has now been delayed just like just about everything easy excite dilution.

Dear all As discussed on the phone, the management of the company has made a decision to postpone the proposed intra-quarterly report and effectively incorporate the report in the 31 January quarterly report. As previously announced, we were in search of a new MD for the company and we now believe we have the right candidate who is expected to commence his role early next month. In line with his appointment, we are looking to re-launch the communications with his appointment (and potentially appointment of additional key non-executive directors). He has already reviewed the suggested format of the report (as agreed with RIG) and has agreed with what is being proposed. We want to give the new MD a big start with the new changes and to ensure that he gets all the impetus to start rebuilding confidence of our shareholders. As such, the decision was made to postpone the release of the report. Having said that, the forthcoming quarterly report will include the intraquarterly information in similar format to the one agreed. RIG was also told that Texas and the resource based loan would be out before Xmas. :(
Good one them for having a go, but the behavior is well entrenched and RIG just get more excuses.
